This session combines the efforts of the Agriculture Working Group (AgWG) & Rural Hybridization, focusing on agricultural and rural information research, such as IoT, networking, Web Services, and other relevant technologies, shared through the APAN network. This session aims to expand development, innovation, and collaborative activities with other related working groups in agriculture, fostering partnerships and initiating new cooperation opportunities for the future. The session will be held in 3 slots: 2 coordinated by the Japanese side (MAFFIN, supported by Dr. Ninomiya) and 1 coordinated by HII, Thailand, as usual. Presentations will include activities by Japanese research institutions related to ICT and private sector projects applying ICT technologies to agricultural production.
