This session includes a presentation that introduces BGPWatch, a comprehensive platform for BGP routing and analysis, developed through the APNIC Foundation and Tsinghua University cofunded project. It offers a detailed overview of BGP routing, highlights incidents such as route hijacks, and identifies victims and attackers, along with key statistics like hijack data, routing paths and Bogon information. The platform’s main objective is to enhance network operators' responsiveness through event severity assessments, automated warnings, and event replay features. It also provides tools to help operators monitor and manage their networks. After the presentation, project partners will share their feedback and insights, followed by a review meeting to assess the project's progress and discuss future steps.
