About me
Dr. Kalayarasan has been working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgical Gastroenterology, Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) since July 2017. In addition to the clinical work, he is actively involved in research and teaching postgraduates.
He is the secretary of JIPMER-BIMSTEC Telemedicine network (JBTN) involving a group of countries in South Asia and South East Asia including Bangladesh, India, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bhutan, and Nepal. He is the member-secretary of telemedicine committee at JIPMER and medical working group member of APAN since 2016.
