About me
Simon Green is a Technical Specialist from New Zealand, who has been working for SingAREN over the past three years after graduating from the University of Auckland with a BSc in Applied Mathematics. Simon previously managed and supported eduroam in Singapore for two and a half years and was part of the original XeAP project team. During the initial XeAP project, Simon conducted a training session for setting up an Institutional RADIUS Server using Docker. _x000D_

Outside of eduroam, Simon has helped to set up and manage the Singapore Access Federation (SGAF); setup perfSONAR nodes used for network performance monitoring; setup Data Transfer Nodes (DTNs) for enabling high-speed and efficient point-to-point file transfers for big data and create a traceroute analysis tool (psTrace) using data from perfSONAR.
